Makeup Organization Ideas
Today there's something a little bit different on the blog.
As some may or may not know I am now a certified makeup artist. I have always been a makeup aficionado but the obsession has grown immensely within the last 4 years and with that obsession lots of makeup has been accumulated and I have had to be creative in the storage of said makeup.
Here I am sharing some ideas and tips that are as cute as they are functional.
I hope you’ll find some of these tips helpful!
Thanks so much for reading!
*** Use cookie jars as makeup storage for your blushes and highlighters! P.S. Yes, I already have Christmas decorations out!
*** Don't stow away your makeup! Display the cuter packages and also use sophisticated bathroom caddies to store some other palettes.

*** More storage ideas to store some palettes that would get very little use if they were stored away in a drawer!
*** Grab these lipstick and makeup organizers from your local Dollar Tree to organize lipsticks and other makeup

*** Cake platters are the cutest way to display makeup. I picked this up for $5 at the Target Dollar Spot!
*** I utilize mugs for way more than coffee! I can rarely resist a cute mug and my kitchen is already overflowing with them so I re-purpose them as makeup brush holders and other makeup products like lipliners, lipsticks etc.

*** Use cute boxes as storage. I think I have some bobby pins and other odds and ends in this cute little pink box.

*** I'm always on the look out for storage containers at discount stores like TJ Maxx, Marshall's and Home Goods. I got this gold spinning display from Marshall's for $8.

*** Another look at me using mugs as makeup brush holders. I also picked up this book stand from my local Dollar Tree and displayed a special palette :)

*** For the nail polish collector this acrylic nail polish holder is a life saver. I picked this one up on Amazon for about $25 (here)!
Just got this cute mug to add to my collection!
*** Use mini mason jars to store mini or deluxe size samples of makeup. You can also use these to store cotton balls or pads!
*** Pick up mason jars from a craft store like Michael's or Joann's and add some sequins and pearls (picked up a 3lb bag from Amazon) to add a touch of glam and function. You can also pick up glass beads from the dollar store for a less expensive option.
